Whenever a group of people spend time together by either living or working or studying together there is always the potential for the combined experience of something impactful. Whether that be conflict, trauma or communication breakdown.

Group therapy aims to restore the balance of the group by facilitating effective and appropriate interpersonal functioning, through the resolution of conflict or trauma, and the facilitation of effective problem solving techniques, as well as communication training within the group. Thus creating and/or re-establishing an effectively functioning system.

All group therapy available in English or Afrikaans.
