Although the process of psychotherapy is difficult to explain in a few words—the approach usually involves identifying with you as the client what the challenges are that you may be facing, at your own pace and without any judgment. Together we look at experiences, behavior patterns or thoughts that may be contributing to feelings of unease in personal relationships, or unhappiness and discomfort in your life. This approach is tangible, practical and molded to suit your individual needs. In this way, a constructive and positive outcome is usually reached that is in line with your goals. The process is usually limited to a few sessions in total, with the exception of cases that are somewhat more complex—in which case, therapy may continue a little longer.
