Do you claim from medical aids?
We are a cash practice, which means that sessions are settled directly by you following each session via card (card facilities on site). Our accounts team then provides you with a statement that you are able to submit to your medical aid so that they may reimburse you. Medical aids take approximately 3 – 4 days to reimburse clients.
Although we are a cash practice, we will accommodate clients who have a real need to see a psychologist, but due to circumstances, the means are the problem, by claiming directly from your medical aid.
Should you feel like you fit this description, please get in touch and we can have a gentle conversation around how to accommodate you.
